AFAIK the only times Q used “P” alone was when he said P_Pers, (Feel privileged - POTUS just spoke to this board [P_pers], /[RR-out][P_pers]) and ( Save the best for last [P] ), which we take to mean President personally. Therefore I think [P] = President… P=C, C=Chair, who is the Master?
