the geo tracking makes sense with the spy plane circling for days. i would imagine a huge nest of skullduggery in that area with the global corps located there among the military bases.
that is my take on it. POTUS personally selects his participants. she is needed for a crap show and is delivering. precedence. evidence. NDA.
