The missile misspellings always bothered me. Then I read about the US coast guard’s “MISLE” system:
MISLE is used to store data on marine accidents, pollution incidents, search and rescue cases, law enforcement activities, and vessel inspections/examinations.
Wasn't Gary Lundgren (island owner) in trouble a while back for for septic pollution coming from his island?
I think this misspelling was Q foreshadowing this whole incident.
