I believe all of this mess is to cover up the Medicaid Medicare fraud schemes that were promulgated by BC in 1997 once he signed the ASFA into law (substantial changes)
What I have discovered is that each state contracts with Healthcare agencies to distribute federal moneys granted to the state through HHS for CPS services including drug tests, psychological exams etc….these services are rarely provided and kids are thrown into Mental hospitals for "treatment" or "experiments" think OP MKUltra….they can make kids forget all about rape and abuse and they are PAID federal money in order to sell more children to traffickers…I have the docs. Taxonomy code .251B00000X - Case Management. Look how many of the black hats we talk about in the DOJ have indicted people involved in these schemes…why are they allowing the rest of them operate? Why are tax payers paying social workers and others to go to Ultrasound School? It is coming soon.
