That Q400 plane had to be just a couple of simple clandestine messages to C_A and cabal that Military can now fly remotely any commercial plane, and that Military knows exactly from where missile was launched and can take it out at anytime. (And maybe did) And if Q400 had a missile in it, so much the better. Additionally, F15’s were there before possible…so Military had it all planned from start. If C_A had themselves missile in Q400, then Military already knew that ahead.
