Prohibits lawyers because of “Titles of Nobility” prescribed by foreign government (UK). Been slowly acquiring old history books (1800s up to Civil War) trying to determine when exactly it got buried and switched. A few crumbs but nothing concrete so far.
Evidence does indicate they were behind the fall of the Russian empire- the Czar had refused a central bank then assisted America/Lincoln during our Civil War (blocking French and British interference with their naval ships).
A historian stumbled across the original 13th in state records- it had been added to their code (suggesting it was passed) and he spent years tracking down verification in other states. His conclusions and evidence indicate it was legitimate and buried through political obfuscation. Look up David M Dodge:
