I believe many people are mixing up ritualistic sacrifices for what is more akin to organ harvesting to keep the elite alive longer. They do this because children are the easiest to take/buy for their organs. That said, in most cases, I believe they have to keep the children somewhere alive until they have grown enough to be able to successfully use the organs in old elites. Pedophiles are naturally drawn to them as well, and once they have been used for sex as children, they are no longer considered suitable by the elites for organ harvest, so the cycle continues.

Consider the flak Trump has gotten for ICE injecting drugs into kids. I have no doubt that happens still today. But you have to remember that started when Clinton was president, and has continued since that time. Be cautious of anyone trying to claim they have helped the foster care system. We do the same thing to citizen children in foster care and private schools who have "behavioral issues" as they say. These drugs, such as haldol, sedate the kids and have significant and long lasting effects on their brains. However, if you are after a heart transplant, kidneys, lungs, etc, particularly transplants which kill the donor, you don't care if they are brain damaged. We don't transplant brains. So, any drugs we put kids on in mental hospitals or ICE facilities or private schools for "underprivileged youths" in my view, are often given to kids that we as society feel will not be missed.
How many orphanages are left in America? Not very many. They've been replaced by foster care group homes, and when the kids age out at 18, they disappear from being tracked by the government. They were only tracked to begin with to make sure the people who run the mental hospitals and group homes get their tax dollar checks to keep the kids medication compliant.
We should be digging into every state agency that runs foster care.
