You know what those Podesta pics look like? They look like photos that someone altered and were made to look like someone painted them.
Also, in the pics where they have their hands behind their backs, again it looks like an altered photo and colorized and also probably removed or painted over the bindings that were probably on their hands.

No. Painting OVER a picture.
It looks more to me like whatever they are sitting on is thicker than what's in the painting.
Or maybe sitting in chairs.
