Notice how many of those pool paintings have the subjects hanging? Theres the one of the boy hanging with his arms crossed, one of the woman holding a naked baby and she is hung under her arm pits, and the one of the two girls with their underwear showing where they are also hung under their arm pits.

As and anon pointed out in a photo in the last bread, there is another room with different tile that may also be featured in the painting.
