I've seen this series. There is no connection to Rome or Podesta in it.
The story and the coverup was in the US.
Maybe I'm stating the obvious but they are all dead. I mean the green-grass-woods-jungle scene representing the phase when they take them out to bury/hide them. Look at their faces are dead. This is where they "say goodbye", the end of the ritual.
The pool scenes wer representing the "action" phase of their sick routines. The kids faces were terror.
All the different backgrounds telling us the phases of their psychopath ritual.
This is exactly what these paintings are. Memento, reminiscence.

in this bread not much about the pool-children any more, that is a big diff.
Basaed on the paintings I can see 4 possible stages. These are my assuptions.
-kids sitting in chairs in a circle, when they toying with them as a cat with a mouse to raise the kids fear this is what the sickos feed on.
-kids sitting, kneeling in a row I think this is the torture and rape part.
-kids hanging in ropes, this is the killing, gutting, eating part can be.
-kids in green background, dead. The end, hiding their bodies. The calm feeling of these paintings represents the feeling of the hunter/predator after the ritual and kill.
My approach is psychological from the predator's perspective. I don't know what spiritual meaning can be in 4 stages.
