Am I the only one who sees that the pendant worn by Ms Vanderbilt and the pendant linked in the latest Q post is slightly different.

On the latest Q post the pendant has small "coins" around the head figure and on the pendant worn the coins are gone except the ones that would be a head and front feed of a tortoise.

Anons, are those different pendants or the same?
