I think anons looking for a different pool are chasing a dead end. Q confirmed that the location of the paintings was indeed the pool at the Biltmore house. The artist can make the tiles any color or any pattern they want. There is something that connects the red shoes, the charms and Rome and that is what we are missing and that is why Q is bringing it up again. This is only my opinion but I feel strongly that looking for a second pool is a dead end.
the charm is Mayan. Mayans practiced ritual child sacrifice. Red shoes ties to the Pope. Maybe they are making child sacrifices at the Vatican as well.
