We starve them to death by ending the rituals that feed them. Yeah, at the end of the day it's all speculation, and personally I think in terms of demonic forces rather than reptilians. But I think starving them of their food supply by freeing humanity from fear would be the way to go in this scenario. Not so crazy-sounding if you are open to the spiritual aspect, I guess.
