Believe it or not, this has more truth that most can accept. You can start digging on it for the evidence already gathered and connect the dots that you can with what you can grasp and are comfortable believing and knowing. I recommend digging more on consciousness and its altered states also, and a lot of symbology (and etymology), and how it relates to the human brain and its programming (neurolinguistics). The work by the Monroe Institute, astral travel, remote viewing, and this rabbit hole goes on and on. For if you like to go there, or are already in that way, I believe we should be paying more attention to it.

Dude, that should be the basics, we are born with this (and a lot more of capabilities deemed as "paranormal"), but school and society program us to ignore this until we forget them. I've been trying for months to AP and finaly got a glimpse a couple of days ago. The journey to learn this has literally helped me get past thru my depression, anxiety and the most fucked up time in my life. (((They))) hide it from us because that would make us free and awake from their bullshit, most of what we are given and taught right now is to hinder all of this.
