Difficult. His public perception is not at all how I believe he is. A few meetings I was in at a different company will not tell the story but I think he was fighting something. Keep in mind I am looking backwards with a new lens. Many people who worked in those biz"s back then are doing the same thing.
I will say this. SJ used the security dept at AAPL as a sort of personal police force. I can't say anything done was overt however many calls were made to corp security rather than PA police.
