Did we look at this yet? It's the justification of setting a bail for the defendants in Taos. It looks like the ringleader is being held w/o bail in Georgia and the children are safe in CPS custody; and they haven't been technically charged with a crime that would make them a danger to themselves or others upon release. It appears that the Prosecution is the issue here, not the Judge.
