INSCOM at command level has it's own Judges and JAGs. INSCOM, NSA, DIA are all under same command. We worked together, trained together in some cases. Lower level, where I was at we had one judge and one JAG that we would go to for warrants and UCMJ advice.
We don't need chatlogs, monitoring live is easy enough. Anybody have the document of his evaluation I can look at? I will figure out what he was and did from it.
