Need an astrologyfag on those astral symbols. But I'm thinking based on the stelas that I posted and my digs on that the right hand may be representing on oath or vow. The cauduceus aka hearald's wand/staff is associated with Hermes Trismegistris but it also could be the staff in the Bible in Ex: 7:10, Nm 17:5, Ps 23:4 and Heb 9:4. And may have been the part of the original items passed down through the Ancient Order along with the sacred garments.
