Let's see, putting defenseless children in the same pool with

1) Other people we don't know, who may have God knows what kind of disorders

2) Marxist Alinskyesque curriculum

3) Exposure to disease from too many children in one concentrated area

I keep thinking of that adage we've learned is true: If something is free, you're the product

Yeah. Homeschool is the only sane choice.

The worship of designer handbags is insane. Young girls fall for that garbage on Instagram and Snapchat and Pinterest, then read "must have!" and there you go.

(((Merchants))), same since the beginning of time.

I spent too much time in advertising classes once upon a time, and can't go into a store of any kind without mentally picking apart the displays and product placements.

Easiest one for elementary age kids, that doubles as a lesson in reading nutrition labels:

Go to the breakfast cereal aisle in the grocery store.

What kind of cereals are on the lower shelves, so people who are less than 5 feet tall will notice them first?

Are the boxes brightly colored? Cartoonish mascots?

Pick one of those boxes and look at the nutrition label. How much sugar per serving?

Lesson 2:

Look at the "adult" cereals on the top shelves.

Big marketing push as "healthy".

Check the graphics on the front of the box.

Wheat, nuts, berries

Now check the nutrition label and the price.

How much bang are you getting for your buck?

It'd be so much cheaper to just buy a big box of quick-cook oatmeal and throw some berries in it, and just as fast.

No need to give a test on this information, because everybody remembers it from then on.

Extra credit: Dig on the way Big Food aggressively strategizes with grocery store chains for product positioning in stores.

A guy calling for "armed Qanon supporters" in Georgia?

DAMN IT TO HELL

I hate newcomers to this state with a vengeance. That's why our traffic is horrible, crime is terrible, and we've got a big human trafficking problem.

Ya let one outsider buy a house, and then they ALL want to come buy a house.

GO HOME YANKEES

GTFO of Georgia!!!

If we'd just turn off the air conditioning for a couple of years, all those obnoxious people would go home.
