We have not concentrated enough on Obama's current actions…why aren't we digging this?

We have enough on Clintons to arrest and start prosecuting. They are becoming currently irrelevant, but Obama may still be doing a lot of damage. Shouldn't we get him tied up with enough crimes to stop him?
