If the conditions are right for a fire, people are always setting them. Doesn't need any encouragement from anyone or any other reason like a "FU to Q". Next time Santa Anas roll in when everything is dry guarantee you there will be another set of fires all over the state. Funny how fires only tend to start when the conditions are right for them to engulf a good portion of the state.
