Here's a thought. The only time Trump has ever seemed to be mad, it was an act or he was baiting the media.
Now we have what could be interpreted at a possible show of weakness. This would be the perfect feint to precede a strategic strike.
Since the Parade didn't seem to be a critical part of the strategy, it could have been planned to be canceled at the critical time all along.
