If you want to run away at the first sight of hardship then you don't belong here. Being in control means adjusting the plans when necessary, being responsible to your job and your nation; if the plans change it must be because of several reasons, the most visible one may be the budget, but there is probably more.

I trust the plan, but I am an adult men and know that things rarely go out as planned.
