There is something you don't understand. While I agree that Brennan and clapper and such should have their clearances pulled for egregious actions, Clearances take Time and Money to get. Money that comes out of budgets and time that takes away from being able to do a job selected for. There definitely needs to be more oversight in these people but to have a knee-jerk reaction and say ALL is counterproductive.
