(a) PROHIBITION.—None of the funds authorized to be appro- priated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2019 for research, development, test, and evaluation, Air Force, for weather service (PE 0305111F, Project 672738) for product development, test and evaluation, and management services associ- ated with the Weather Common Component program may be obli- gated or expended.
