methinks that "the Vanderbilt Pool" is not a pool at all

it is a dangerous pool if it is

my guess is that it was never filled with water

it looks more like a trap with no escape

what is so expensive about a military parade?

gas to get there??

lodging? meals?

security?

seems like this is a pencil accounting rather than a "cost"

like transferring money from "army training" to "parade duty"

what am I missing here?
