is it possible the McCann ref was intentional as a means to focus on the "UK has problems"

the point was not to point out LP but the fact that photo's and surveillance are being done all the time.

Now, is there reason to believe the Portugal Podesta Pedo's were being watched just as the LP photo's show she was being watched?
