Cheney coldly threatens him by telling him that if his weapons inspectors don't find some evidence and fast, Cheney will not hesitate to discredit Blix. Blix's meeting with Tony Blair is less chilling (Blair offered him crumpets), and the meeting with Bush, revealing.
