He doesn't say anything about a Constitutional reset or a government replacement. What he promised is replacing the political establishment with a working body that is directed by we the people. There is no need for a constitutional reset if the government actually is run by constitutional authority.
My dad redpilled me early on and his single question was this, "On what authority?". IOW, what part of the Constitution gives any specific law an authority. The constitution is just fine - it's the application of its tenets that have been perverted.
