POTUS referenced a parade in Paris on 11/11.
It is in celebration of the ending of a War; so that would seem to indicate Military.
What would be bigger than a Military Parade that includes the US and all of our allies?
What strategies could be implemented with all the Allied Military Leaders together in one place?
