2) Tarnish No Such Agency in eyes of the public, discrediting future drops against bad actors..

Why did JA help Snowden?
Was Snowden used to infiltrate "whistleblowers" maybe even Wikileaks? Use Snowden event as a cover to get Snowden in comms with JA/Wikileaks?
MSM seemed to praise Snowden a hero, while Trump seems to maintain he is a traitor.
Being good in the eyes of the MSM often has lead me to believe they are apart of the establishment.
