They might be blaspheming your religion by practicing their own, but as long as they aren't breaking secular law they should be as free to indulge their religious expression as any American.

"No religious test" was pretty clear in the Constitution. When I take an oath in court it's either on my personal non-Christian book of faith or say "Thus I swear by the gods my people swear by".

More, Gurnsey and the other Channel Islands are not part of Great Britain, technically. They are the personal property of the sovereign Duchess of Normandy, i.e. QEII and her heirs. British law does not apply there, as such.
