A CBB spokesman told MailOnline: 'We note the comments from the transmission of Loose Women on ITV earlier today.
'Stormy Daniels was booked to appear on the show several months ago and hours before the show was due to go live, informed the production team that she no longer wished to enter the house as previously agreed.
'Producers discussed a variety of options with her but were unable to agree any acceptable conditions for her entering the house. Our focus is now on making a brilliant series with our fantastic celebrities.'
Stormy had flown into the UK for the new series of Celebrity Big Brother with sources claiming she was willing to speak openly about her alleged affair with Trump.
But her lawyer Michael Avenatti told MailOnline: 'There was never any pay dispute. [That is] completely false.'
'It was over a row with producers. They insisted she conduct herself in a certain way - they attempted to control her and produce a certain result, which she did not feel comfortable with.'
Insiders told The Sun she fell out with bosses on the show after she demanded a whopping £100,000 ($125,000) extra on top of her record £750,000 ($950,000) pay cheque, which she was reportedly set to receive after one week in the house.
Following Stormy's absence, insiders told the publication: 'Stormy landed in London and was taken to the Village hotel in Elstree where the celebs are put up.
'From the outset it was clear something was wrong and once she sat down with the producers all hell broke loose. They just didn't get on… Stormy point blank refused to appear on the show on Friday night when she was scheduled to go in.
'They tried everything to persuade her to stay and no one could work out why she'd fly all the way from the US to London before deciding to drop out. Let alone turning down that massive fee.'
A representative for Celebrity Big Brother declined to comment on the dispute.
