Except here is the thing.
Dems aren't exceeding their general election numbers in these special elections. They are just allegedly turning out their base. (80-90%)
I say allegedly because if it were true, we'd be seeing polling place issues during these elections (think long lines, etc.) but the're not occurring. Nor is it absentee ballots.
The numbers are fake.
Anons with big-data IT experience can tell you how easy it is to predict who'll actually show at the polls and who wont.
Those provisional ballots you keep hearing about? Those are the outliers - people who "voted" already, but actually showed at the polls.
Republicans, OTOH, don't cheat, and the 40% turnout is the norm for special elections.
