Not sure if this is helpful or not, but I just saw evidence that the Military Parade scheduled for 10NOV18 was in fact, a REAL event being planned. I can't post the sauce here for obvious reasons, but I will say that JS DRAFT EXORD directed the NG to coordinate with CDRUSNORTHCOM.

Info I saw was accurate as of 14AUG18. Since the parade was cancelled yesterday, I won't see if it gets taken off of the op logs until the next briefing on 21AUG. I will report back then.
