The Exclusive Fiji Island Resort That Red Bull Founder Bought
You will have to become incredibly successful charging more than $2 for an 8.5 oz. can of amped up energy drink to own a place like the Red Bull co-founder’s Fijian island resort, but for just over $4,000 a night (in the offseason) you can stay there as a guest of the Laucala Island Resort.
Red Bull’s Dietrich Mateschitz bought the property and the 5-km-long, 3,500 acre island from the Forbes family in 2003 and after using it for himself and offering it to celebrity friends for the last nine years, he’s opened it to the public. Guests in the 25 villas can enjoy 18 holes of golf, swimming, five restaurants, diving, spa services, and other activities at the all-inclusive property.
It’s enough to make fellow mogul-with-an-island Richard Branson jealous.

Note:
Not sure if this is an additional Fugi connection to POTUS drinking from the bottle event. But I thought it worthy enough of a post anyway.
