Stuck out to me as a double meaning…he ended by blurting out "standing by Mr President!" which seemed a little odd.

Q also said to watch the budget, and Prince was talking about the Pentagon's budget.

I went to look at the bill he mentioned, and saw the funding was recently approved by POTUS at a very particular number.
