Minority culture(and increasingly in majority culture as well) is steeped in crime with a 'snitches get stitches' attitude. If they want to stop the violence then they need to be willing to send the perpetrators to jail by working with police. It's almost a guarantee that the people in those neighborhoods know who the fucking assholes are but due to some notion of 'loyalty' aren't turning in the shit stains.

Indeed. there is a large gap between my posts in 2009 and then the next one in 2014. (on my tweets, not tweets and replies) thats because I pretty much didn't touch it for 5 years.
It only seems like people aren't using 100% of their brains, science has declared that we do use all of it. Certainly seems like some people are only capable of using a minimal part of it, but thats just because they're rock stupid.
