Even the MASTERS had problems with hands/feet. Are we to believe this artist has surpassed the Masters?

Look at the details compared to overall artwork. Vein, bone, thin skin. I posit… It's a photo of hands incorporated into the art. A blemish tool used to blend to upper arm.

Rather masculine is it not?
