Hey there Night Crew,

I've been working on a comprehensive doc today outlining editorial criteria for notables to help new bakers. I thought I'd leave some partial caps here in case you guys would like to read/comment. (I'll read any feedback tomorrow, about to crash for the night). Don't worry, there's no authority behind it and nobody asked me to do it, it's a take-or-leave at-will deal like everything we do here. Something I've been meaning to do for awhile, and when I saw a couple aspiring bakers last night saying they'd been to baking school, it spurred me to get 'er done. It's dry/detailed/exhaustive but some ppl (such as systems developer spergs like self) like that kind of thing.
