Thinking about the sub and missiles lately. Nearby is the Bangor submarine base. Seems like change of command is frequent at [[[sub group 9.]] Not that this isn't a general norm for the military, but it would aid in cover-ups. Is this base somehow related to the two missile launches?

Here's why I ask:
If we assume some deep state entity has a rogue secret sub, then it must operate clandestinely within US waters. This is because it could be more easily handled by a skeleton crew, as well as moving at or near the surface with little suspicion in areas with high volumes of submarine traffic, and common public knowledge of their explained presence. Movement of this 'ghost sub' would only be possible by infiltration of the subgroup for coordination; this is a necessary requirement for the next item as well:
Where did they get the missiles and how and where were they loaded into the sub? This is the true conundrum.
Bangor is a well-known sub base as well as missile storage and loading facility, source:

"[[[The Navy says expanding wharf capacity to load and unload weapons at Bangor is critical to defense readiness.]]] But critics are trying to block it, calling it a costly, unneeded project for a bygone era.
The United States and Russia last year began a new round of whittling down their nuclear arsenals. Last week, [[[the Obama administration released a much-awaited strategic shift in defense priorities, calling for, among other things, both fewer nuclear weapons]]] as well as less reliance on them for national security."
>>>> Fewer nukes on the record, nabbing some (or needed parts) for off the record use in “disarmament”? <<<<
The higher traffic, construction of new sub servicing infrastructure, and simultaneous reduction in nuclear armament aids in this (alleged) clandestine operation significantly.

"The inspection is Russia’s second U.S. on-site inspection this year under New START. The 2010 treaty permits each country to conduct 18 on-site inspections per year, covering all three legs of the U.S. strategic triad—land-based missile bases, submarine-based missile facilities, and strategic bomber bases….
Nuclear weapons sites are spread out at scores of facilities in the United States. ICBMs are based in Montana, Wyoming, and North Dakota. [[[Submarine bases are in Washington and Georgia]]], and bomber bases are located in Louisiana and Missouri….

Russian inspectors visited Vandenberg in August for a secret inspection, raising intelligence-gathering concerns among U.S. officials. The base is the home to U.S. long-range missile defense interceptors—a known intelligence target for Russia….
