FBI wants to identify man in hopes of rescuing sexually-exploited child

GREENVILLE, S.C. —
The FBI has released an image and a sketch that agents hope will help them solve an ongoing child sexual exploitation case.
A video showing the unidentified man with a child victim was uncovered by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in October 2017. Investigators have not been able to identify the man or the child.
The man is described as heavyset with dark hair, likely between 30 and 40 years of age. Investigators said he is heard speaking English in the video.
Agents are looking for the man as part of the FBI’s Operation Rescue Me and Endangered Child Alert Program initiatives, both of which are the result of strategic partnerships between the FBI and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Operation Rescue Me focuses on using clues obtained through in-depth image analysis of exploitation material.
ECAP seeks national and international media exposure of unidentified adults who visibly display their faces or other distinguishing characteristics in child pornography images.
