i actually lived in seattle and traveled many times on these islands

most locals do the islands are great and popular for all folks

some rich fucks own smaller islands or pigger parcels on main islands but that is normal for rich seattle

ALL rich people have places there and MANY upper middle classes too - there are thousands of nice places in the islands and in hood canal

ALL the islands are part of a legal county in the state of WA

they tend to have smaller less formal structures as fewer people and less complex

the case cited is just a local squabble on council seats

like all local govt. they too have plenty of corruption

so in all the legal status of these lands and the people who live or won there is NO different than anywhere else in WA State

these are not like fiji or foreign islands
