We have at least a $2 million dollar commitment to CHAI every year, a $2.1 million dollar commitment to the Alliance, $4.3 million in unreimbursed costs at the Clinton Presidential Center, and general operating costs of approximately $14.5 million. Next year, we are looking at an additional $2.5 million for Haiti above what is currently in our Haiti fund. We are also considering what we should be doing in the climate space. What is currently being proposed would cost an additional $2.5 million — $1.6 million for a domestic retrofit program (both commercial and residential) and $900,000 for solar and alternative energy.
