The Late William Thompkins did an interview with Linda Moultan Howe just prior to his death. He knew it all, he was 92+/- when he died and was doing the circuit of talkshows, webinars, conspiracy shows etc.
The man was brilliant. he worked for all the "usual suspects" as far as the cabal goes and deep-state corps. He specifically spoke about this vehicle, but didn't produce a pic. This is the first legit. pic of the "tanker" of which bill talks.
