How are you chasing something that has been blocked? I assumed it meant flight was scheduled but never left the ground…the way you guys type makes me doubt that interpretation

You can't see it all too well from maps. This entire structure is one giant black cube of fully tinted black GLASS.
the west side of the building faces a small wall and cannot be seen from the road. There is a church like mural (the only non black glass part) with about 12 - 15 symbols on it. I remember one of them being a snake. At any rate, not visible from satellite or the road.
