So if this memo that is said to be related to FISA court abuse is classified as Top Secret and therefore in direct relation to National Security, in such that it would be of concern to the safety and welfare of the people and the sanctity of the Nation State and those that bear witness to this knowledge have sworn an Oath of Office to support and defend the constitution, and We the People it represents, are these witnesses not obligated to speak this knowledge openly and loudly to the public at large?
