You lease it from them and YOU WORK FOR THEM, your government masters. "Ownership" of your land gives you NO RIGHTS at all other than the right to be present upon that land. You cannot take any action at all without permission. Much land has broad permissions but many areas are extremely restricted. Your purpose as a property owner is to pay taxes and to support private banks and ultimately the FED through Mortgage Payments.
If you own a home with CC&R's or an association, you are removed YET AGAIN from the true title of your land. Think of this totally normal situation: A family of 4 have a home in a nice master planned community. They have a mortgage or 3 and an HOA payment of $90/quarter, you know, to maintain the sign and put wreathes on everybody's doors at Xmas.
Well, If you do NOT pay that HOA fee they can eventually take your entire house from you and sell it to someone else. If you, for instance, paint your garage door the wrong color they can fine you for ANY amount that was agreed to in that BIG document you didn't read when you closed. Often those fees/fines are unlimited and legally binding through Arbitration leaving you ZERO legal recourse.
The NEXT level is the bank who sold your mortgage into a Tranch of other B- mortgages (watch The Big Short). If you miss some payments your bank will repossess your home. Most people know this part. But did you know that banks will NOT sign HOA rule agreements and the HOA's are fine with this?! Well, when dozens and dozens of homes are repossessed those who remain in a community have their fees INCREASED! Punishment for paying on time… Might as well pay more right?
Lastly, the HOA pays your property taxes because THEY HAVE THE DEED. If they squander or steal that money or they fail the County can repossess YOUR home for unpaid taxes even though you paid for it all… The County holds true and real title to your land, your home and all property permanently attached to that property. You work your Years away paying massive fees bills taxes etc all for the RIGHT TO ONLY BE PRESENT on that land/home. Go fucking read about Allodial Title land ownership/land patents and ask yourself how you want to live? What are we fighting for? What did the Founding Fathers actually fight for when they formed this nation? We MUST take this right of highest ownership back and do it NOW. We have this one single chance to do it..
