I'm looking into Al Bielek today. According to him, the American Civil War was won by the South–the first time. Time travelers went back and altered that outcome, according to Al Bielek.

Since I have personally experienced some odd time related phenomenon, I don't find this idea incredible.

Maybe. But personally, I have had ALL data points for a job I had done disappear as if the job had never happened. So if someone wants to say there's time travel and history can be changed, it's within my scope of experience.
