Containers can be loaded from any major port in the world. Thames a crew of 20 or so to run one. Get off just outside of territorial waters and launch. Jihadi crew shouts Aloha Snackbar and scuttle the ship. BOston, NYC, Washington, Miami, New Orleans, Houston, Low Angeles, SanFrancisco, Seattle all gone in less than ten minutes. No one would ever know who really did it.
